Our Magic Mirror Booth is 1600mm tall, 650mm wide and 700mm deep.
We advise that 3.5m x 2.5m is allowed for the Mirror and the red carpet (if applicable).
Space will also be required for the table on which the props and Guest Book will be placed.
Yes, we are insured Y with and have cover of £2M public liability.
A copy of our certificate can be supplied upon request.
The equipment which requires testing is PAT tested. All equipment is also inspected and tested before each event.
Most of the equipment we use us under 12 months old.
Unlimited visits to the mirror/booth are included. At least 2 copies of each photo will be printed, depending on the chosen package.
The Fun package includes 2 photos per visit to the booth, Funky includes upto 4 prints and Awesome includes upto 6 prints.
One of these prints is always kept as a record for the event organiser - the others are for those in the photos.
The Magic Mirror is not enclosed, unlike traditional photo booths, so can accommodate larger numbers than traditional booths. 6 to 12 people can easily be photographed by the mirror.
There have been occasions where a well organised group of 20 have managed to get them selves in the photo!
No, there will a fully trained attendant throughout your hire period to help with guests.
This leaves you free to enjoy your event whilst we assist your guests and keep the printer stocked with paper.
If you would like is to set up the Magic Mirror earlier or pack it away later we charge a small fee of £25 per additional hour on site when the booth/mirror not being used.
A Magic Mirror can be personalised to show names and details of the event on screen and in the background of the prints.
The sides of the Magic Mirror can also personalised with corporate logos etc.
This can take up to 3 weeks and will be quoted individually.
For normal events 30 minutes setup time is needed.
We will arrive on-site at least one hour before the start of your hire time to ensure there were no problems.
Yes. The Magic Mirror guides you through the process quickly as it produces your photos. It will also walk you through the personalisation of the photo before they are printed.
The Magic Mirror will fit through a normal door (when packed for transit!) and can even be carried upstairs.
We will contact your venue before the event to ensure the mirror can be suitably located.
We will require a power supply to be located close to the mirror without any dangerous trailing cables.
Yes, the Magic Mirror can be carried upstairs although some assistance may be required!
We will require a flat location with easy access to power supply.
We will also require a table to dispay the props and for guestbook signing.
Yes, but all guests under the age of 14 will be required to be supervised by an adult, not the mirror attendant!
We recommend that you allow at least 3.5 m x 2.5m for your mirror to allow your guests to have sufficient space to enjoy the mirror.
The Mirror will produce the prints in the traditional 6" x 4" size with varying layouts that can be chosen prior to your event.
It can also produce 6" x 2" strips which are reminiscent of the traditional passport photo strips.
The Mirror can be set to print inn either colour or black-and-white - the choice is up to you to match the theme of your event.
No. We use professional grade printers which allow prints to be produced in less than 10 seconds. The prints are completely dry to the touch and ready to take away.
We use the same type of printers as I used by some commercial print shops.
Yes. These are be available after the event via our website.
This normally happens within 48 hours of the event and they'll be available for at least four weeks.
You will be able to purchase digital copies for download and even additional printed copies.
A USB copy of all the photos taken is also included on our Funky and Awesome packages.
Approximately four weeks before your event we will contact you to discuss any customisations you would like to the print layout.
We can set the layout to coordinate with the decor theme used for the rest of the event.
We normally operate within one hour travelling time of our base at the top of M42 (J11).
This covers Nottingham to Leamington and Woolhampton to Leicester, but if you're further away give as a call and we will see what we can do!

All the photos taken during your events will be available for you to view and secure section of our website.
